DONATION REQUEST
Legacy Pediatric Dentistry loves giving back and supporting causes that make a real difference in our community! We do our best to help where we can in a meaningful way. However, we receive many requests, and while we’d love to support everyone, our resources are limited.
If you’re looking for a donation, here’s what you need to know:
- We focus on supporting organizations that make a direct impact in our local community.
- As a pediatric-focused practice, we receive many requests each year for sponsorships of private sporting organizations or extracurricular activities. Due to the overwhelming demand, we are only able to consider requests submitted on behalf of school-affiliated sports teams or extracurricular activities at this time.
- To give us enough time to review requests, please submit them at least 1-2 months before your deadline/event.
- All requests must be submitted using the Donation Request Form below.
We truly appreciate all the amazing work happening in our community and are grateful to be part of it! Thanks for thinking of us!
DECISION CRITERIA
Legacy Pediatric Dentistry will give preference to organizations that meet the following criteria:
- Organizations that specifically serve children & teens in our local community:
- Specifically for sports teams and extracurricular activities officially sponsored through the local schools.
- Specifically, those that provide a “helping hand up” to children and teens of our community in need, such as those coping with physical or mental challenges, hunger, homelessness, etc.
- Those that strive to better our community through arts and education, leadership training, and vocational learning.
